Component 1 is supporting implementation of the Pasture Management and Livestock Development Plans (PMLDPs or Plans) for 106 communities in eight Marzes (Aragatsotn, Gegharkunik, Lori, Kotayk, Shirak, Syunik, Vayots Dzor and Tavush) which are currently at different stages of implementation. Through four different rounds of project grant awards Component 2 will support technical modernization of about 75 food processing enterprises and agribusinesses. Component 3 supported the training program for Community Veterinarians, construction of two Veterinary Service Centers (VSCs) in Mets Parni and in Hrazdan communities and the training for food safety inspectors and procurement of equipment for the State Food Safety Service (SFSS).
