Since the start of the Jawtno program implementation in October 2017, 4,744 beneficiaries have been enrolled with monthly services provided to 4,695 enrolled beneficiaries across four unions and cash transfers of $485,401 have been paid to mothers through Bangladesh Post Office Jawtno cash cards. Safety Net Cells (SNC) have been set up in 250 unions and are fully staffed to facilitate enrollment, supervision of services and grievance management, as well as maintaining single registries of union-specific safety net program beneficiaries. 2. With the Project restructuring completed and revised DPP approved, the Project has now started field operations for enrollment in new locations.
