All three distribution substations have been completed and are serving consumers. The Project has achieved its target with regard to the number of smart meters installed at customers' premises (38,000). An Outage Management System is functional and has become an effective tool for speeding-up the restoration of service due to failure of equipment. Geographic Information System to be integrated by November 2019 and is expected to improve the management information system and operation of assets.
