Technical Workshop on Strategic Purchasing and Other Payment Mechanisms : Performance-Based Financing and Per Capita Financing - Annex 5 - Introduction of the Patients Electronic Register and Concept on Integrated Financing Model of PHC (English)

In April 2022, a technical workshop was organized in Sughd province, Tajikistan to discuss the Performance-Based Finance (PBF) program, the Per Capita Financing (PCF) program, and the existing work supported by WHO to pilot strategic purchasing in the Sughd province. The workshop was attended by representatives from the World Bank , representatives from WHO and national and regional authorities and stakeholders.
