This summary report documents the results of a study designed to measure the quality of teacher practices in a selection of 20 primary schools in two regions of Armenia: Tavush and Yerevan. Tavush was selected because the national school curriculum, which is currently being revised under the EU4Innovation project, will be piloted in this region.
