The Calica project is "environmentally sound, should have no significant impact on the developing Cancun tourist industry and meets standards higher than those in other parts of the region," concludes the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in a study released today in Cancun.Calica (Calizas Industriales del Carmen, S.A. de C.V.), will produce, transport and distribute crushed limestone construction aggregates.
