Over the past decade, Peru has achieved extraordinary rates of economic growth, significant reductions in poverty and a slight reduction in income inequality. This work points out that despite this good performance, levels of poverty and inequality remain high. Both revenue opportunities for children and young Peruvians to develop and lead a full life are unreasonably unequal. Many of them do not have even the possibility of receiving essential services...
