This resettlement plan for the Renewable Energy Development Project, which installs wind-turbine generator units, requires compensation for land requisitioned whether temporarily or permanently, for farmland reclamation, for woodlands, and for crops and attachments; and finances inspection and evaluation, technical training for resettlement office staff, and disbursements for equipment, transportation, meetings, communication, and business tourism. The project will use measures to reduce the land needing to be occupied. Measures to reduce socio-economic impacts such as income production and quality of life include undertaking basic data collection to enhance internal and external monitoring to obtain feedback to expedite problems. During project construction, preference will be given to using local construction materials, local transportation, and local laborers, provided that the technical requirements are met so as to reduce the project's socio-economic impact.
