The Second Reconstruction Project for Yugoslavia will finance a proposed second loan which will provide reconstruction for Yugoslavia. The first phase will consist of increasing the boiler plant capacity to provide steam for the three generating units so that they can be fully utilized to produce 31,500 kw, and the second phase will consist of expanding the capacity of the plant ultimately to 74,000 kw. This project will provide the foundation to build stability for Yugoslavia's economy.
