Trade Facilitation Reform - The Impact of Targeted Sampling on Import Compliance (English)

The results of an impact evaluation of the introduction of a risk-based approach to sampling import shipments by the Macedonian Food and Veterinary Agency indicate that the sampling plan was not effectively implemented, and the reform did not improve the targeting of risky shipments.
