Annual review of World Bank staff learning FY03 (English)

This report examines participants' assessments of staff training. Specifically, it examines respondents' evaluations of training quality based on four dimensions: relevance to the Bank's mission; overall quality and usefulness; applicability to job; and perceived increases in knowledge and skills. The report also estimates the determinants of these perceptions with multivariate statistical models.
