State and Peacebuilding Fund : Annual Report 2020 (English)

The State and Peacebuilding Fund (SPF) is the World Bank’s largest global trust fund supporting implementation of the Fragility, Conflict, and Violence (FCV) Strategy. It operates within the context of the World Bank Group’s (WBG) broader FCV engagement, which rests on two primary pillars: the FCV Strategy and the 19th replenishment of the International Development Agency (IDA19) with an expanded FCV envelope. This section provides an overview of the World Bank’s approach to FCV and the role of the SPF and the forthcoming new fund, SPF 2.0.
