This report is the culmination of a three-year long collaboration between the Social Security Department of the Ministry of Finance and the World Bank. The analytical work was done on projections that used the Bank's Pension Reform Option Simulation Toolkit (PROST) and aims to: (i) quantify the long term pension liabilities nationwide; (ii) highlight the systemic problems that will need to be addressed; and (iii) suggest reform options to find a solution...
