On June 8, 1988, Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) Council of Governors adopted resolution number seventy one. The Council of Governors hereby resolves that: i) Slovenia is hereby reclassified as a category one member country; and ii) Slovenia shall substitute in any freely usable currency the twenty-five percent of the paid-in cash portion of the capital subscription it originally paid in local currency.
