Environmental Monitoring in Beijing (English)

This report discusses six components of environmental monitoring in Beijing. These include (a) management of monitoring systems as determined by management rules for environmental monitoring, state or local network rules and regulation; (b) management of monitoring business as established by the National Environmental Monitoring Management Rules and Regulations (NEMMRAR); (c) management of monitoring techniques and technology as established by the technical specifications of NEMMRAR; (d) management of monitoring information as determined by the NEMMRAR; (e) management of monitoring talent as established by NEMMRAR and other rules and regulations; and (f) management of monitoring logistics as established by NEMMRAR and various rules and regulations.
