Inter-industry and intra-industry specialization in manufactured goods (English)

This paper examines the determinants of bilateral trade in manufacturing industries, including the factors affecting inter-industry as well as intra-industry specialization. The results provide support for the Hechscher-Ohlin theory of comparative advantage as well as for the hypotheses put forward in the literature on intra-industry specialization.
