The G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion (GPFI), through its Financial Consumer Protection and Financial Literacy (FCPFL) Sub-Group, requested this mapping of FCPFL initiatives to provide an overview of existing international policy work, resources and relevant players in the field. This overview lists the international organizations, development banks, bilateral donors, support networks and associations, and private foundations that actively pursue development and strengthening of CPFL frameworks around the globe. In each case, we attempt to provide specifics on the scope of policy work, committed resources, and key results achieved so far. The mapping matrix in the Appendix serves as a quick at-a-glance visual representation of the various activities conducted by each organization. To the extent possible, initiatives are categorized under either consumer protection or financial literacy.
