International Finance Corporation (IFC) Board of Governors resolution ; no. 14 : terms and conditions of Argentina's membership in the Corporation (Inglês)

On March 10, 1959, International Finance Corporation (IFC) Board of Governors adopted resolution number fourteen. It was resolved that Argentina shall be admitted to membership in the Corporation on the following terms and conditions: (i) Argentina shall pay $1,662,000 to the Corporation in full payment of the capital stock subscribed; (ii) Argentina shall furnish to the Corporation such information relating to its application for membership as the Corporation may request; (iii) Argentina shall deposit with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) an instrument stating that it has accepted without reservation in accordance with its law the articles and all the terms and conditions prescribed in the resolution, and that it has taken all steps necessary to enable it to carry out all its obligations under the articles and the resolution; and (iv) Argentina shall sign the original copy of the articles held by the IBRD.
