This paper, Turn Down the Heat: Confronting the new Climate Normal, paints a grim picture of what the World will look like by 2100. As weather extremes become the new normal and risks to food, water and energy security increase everyone, especially the poor, will feel the impact. The report examines the latest scientific evidence and reviews the prospects and implications for the forests of the Russian Federation in that challenging climate regime. The paper concludes that solutions exist.
