Disclosable Restructuring Paper - LA-Scaling-Up Participatory Sustainable Forest Management - P130222 (Inglês)

The development objective of the Scaling-Up Participatory Sustainable Forest Management Project for Lao People’s Democratic Republic is to execute Reduce Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD)+ activities through participatory sustainable forest management in priority areas and to pilot forest landscape management in four provinces. The restructuring will: (a) revise the results framework to: (i) improve reporting of the project’s physical achievements, (ii) introduce relevant new indicators or better define existing indicators, and (iii) amend baseline and target values as needed based on revised definitions and the project context on the ground; and (b) extend the project closing date by twelve months, from August 31, 2018, to August 30, 2019.
